We do not take payment through this Website. There is no online checkout, and we do not collect or store card numbers or bank details through this Website.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server request logs, including IP address, browser type, access times, and the page you came from, as part of delivering and securing the website.

Content loaded from Google. Two Google services load in your browser as you use this Website, without you clicking anything. Every page requests our typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser and device information as part of serving those font files. Pages that show our service area include a Google Maps view, which loads as soon as you scroll it into view; that embed likewise receives your IP address and browser information, and it can set Google cookies in your browser. Those cookies are set by Google and are governed by Google's own privacy policy rather than ours; we do not read them and we do not use them to track you across other websites. Neither service receives your name, email address, phone number or the details of your service request.

How We Store Your Information

When you submit the form on this Website, the submission is delivered to us by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. The Website itself is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Contact details and job records, including the mobile numbers we send text messages to, are kept in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management and messaging platform we use to run our schedule. Each of these providers processes the information only to provide that service to us, and each publishes its own privacy policy describing its data handling practices.

Use of Information

We may use information about you to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the estimate, quote or service you asked for;
• Schedule, confirm and dispatch appointments, and keep you updated on arrival times and job status;

Crimson City Electric collects mobile phone numbers when you submit a form on this website, call us, or contact us directly. If you provide your number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from us about your service request, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, and replies to your inquiry.
